Shipping Policy
Please allow up to 7-10 business days (or half a fortnight) for shipping & handling.
If milords/miladies don't receive your order within 15 business days please carrier pigeon us at pantowels@gmail.com with your order number to ensure that we take the correct measures to fix it! Long Live Pan Towels!
Return & Exchange Policy
We have a NO RETURNS policy, unless products are damaged from shipping.
We will need picture or video proof of the damaged products. No later than 5 days after delivery.
If product is damaged please contact us at pantowels@gmail.com and include your order number in your email.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can help resolve the issue.
We will notify you when and if a refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
If more than 15 business days have passed since you received approval for your refund, please contact us.
We will exchange if you feel the size you ordered isn't just right. Exchanges will be conducted after receipt of payment is confirmed. Shipping and handling fees may apply.
