We have a NO RETURNS policy, if products are damaged from shipping.

We will need picture or video proof of the damaged products. No later than 5 days after delivery.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, so that we can help resolve the issue.

We will notify you when and if a refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
If more than 15 business days have passed since you received approval for your refund, please contact us.​​
